Powerleveling question.

My friend recently had his account hacked and he decided he didn't want to level again so he bought a paladin, but it's on a different server. He's been one of my good friends for a long time so I am trying to go to his server to keep raiding with him. The problem is that his guild only needs holy pallies/holypriests/resto shamans, and I don't feel like leveling a toon all the way to 70 AGAIN. So, I've been looking at a few powerleveling sites and I wasn't sure which one to use because I don't know much about any of them. I.E. how trustworthy they are and how secure, so what I need to know is if anyone has ever gotten a powerlevel and how the service was and which site you used.
