Error then donating

then I try to donate by authorize.net i get this error after submitting:
This transaction has been declined. (2)
I fill everything correctly but still get this error, there is enough money in credit card.
Maybe im doing something wrong?

Can I use my fathers credit card on my account? Or i should create new account with his name and surname ?

You should better go to a bank and make a prepaid card.

I can't just go to bank and take out credit card because im too young.
My father's card seems to be rejected by paypal saying that bank not allows it to be added or smth.
Any suggestions

Too young? Banks in my country don't have age limit AFAIK. I made a prepaid visa card with full rights at the age of 14.

They give some kind of card that cannot be used while purchasing in Internet. Only in shops
