Yeh I suggest you rather look into how to make a good portfolio before you send them anything.

alright?, exactly though with an advertising portfolio, how do i go about making one? What is it?

Portfolio is like a folder with all your work ( Awesome work ) that you have done in Past, or just recently.
You'll have better chances searching on google, I'm not really sure about advertising but I think it's type of banners and graphics you add-on to your advertisement and I guess your Capability online.
Not sure how this Apply to portfolio, because portfolio is list of your best work.

#2 You are 16 so deal with having a shitty car to begin with, unless you are loaded
#3 You are 16.... get over it, go out and get a job. I don't know about where you are from but if you were to go get a minimum wage job in my state and work as much as a 16 year old can, you could get ~$3000 by May, so talk deal with it. No way you can get $10k by May-June

Unless you start trading options in the stock market there is no way you can make any decent amount of money, and you already said you aren't smart so I wouldn't even consider the stock market.
