They can still find out your IP through Flash, PDF, Realplayer and Quicktime and other services the website may use.

I use Relakks.com (You can get it in english by clicking an icon), which connects to a VPN and it looks like my whole computer has got a whole new IP, not only the browser. Still, the said applications above can still reveal the true IP and Javascript/ActiveX. But they were disabled with this app.
