Building cheap Desktop Do I got the right parts?

Ok i'm in the process of buying parts well i got them all in the shopping cart i'm not retarded I know which type of RAM and CPUs work with the mobo the Mobo is a micro ATX thats why I got a MID size case*and i'm only going to use this computer for interwebs no games so the mobo built in Graphics will do fine and the built in sound* here is the list of items I'm going to purchase

MOBO:ECS P4M900T-M2 Motherboard - v1.0, VIA P4M900CD, Socket 775, MicroATX, Audio, PCI Express, 10/100 Ethernet LAN, USB 2.0, Serial ATA, RAID

    CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 1.80GHz OEM Processor

OS installer:Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2 OEM Version

Cooling system(it only needs one fan since it won't be running anything complex)Masscool 8W553 / Socket 775 / Aluminum / CPU Cooling Fan

    RAM: 2 Kingston 1024MB PC3200 DDR2 400MHz SODIMM Memory

Hard drive:Hammer MoreSpace 250GB External USB drive(I'm buying a external because all the internal once I can find are OEM so I have to buy the cables sep. and it gets real confusing)

    Optical Drive:L12-1136 :: HP DVD1040e Lightscribe SuperMulti Retail DVD Burner - 20x DVD±R Burn, 16x DVD±R Read, 8x DVD+RW, 6x DVD-RW, 8x DVD±R DL, 12x DVD-RAM, 48x32x CD-R/RW, External (same reason as above)

PowerS:Ultra LS400 Lifetime Series 400W Power Supply - ATX, SATA-Ready, PCI-Express(400W is enough for a web browser PC)

Keyboard USB:SolidTek USB Mini Keyboard with Touchpad

USB HUB(since I will be using 6 usb devices) Ultra ULT31808 7-Port USB 2.0 Sharing Hub for 2 Computers(you don't need to hoke up a second computer for it to work)

    Speakers USB:Logitech V20 Notebook Speakers

    Mouse:Microsoft Basic USB Optical Mouse

Case: Cooler Master Elite 335 Black ATX RoHS Case(Regular and microATX both fit with this case although it was built for ATX and isn't the best for micro but all the micro cases the Power supply will not fit so its my only choice

Did I get everything I need?

EDIT:I learned External Drives are not for downloading on SOOOO I have to buy a internal Optical and hardrive the opticals are not OME but the hardrives are

EDIT:I said screw it and picked out some parts that could run Crysis on Ultra High or very high or whatever the hell its called and i'm going for a double 20" Monitor setup > Take that alienware I can get a PC better then yours for 8000 bucks cheaper

If you're REALLY looking at JUST a web browsing system, then you can really go cheap. Under $250.

Newegg.com - Once You Know, You Newegg - Public wishlist I just put together.
Note: It doesn't include an OS.. heh... but I haven't bought an OS since Windows 3.11.

$234.89, add another $7.99 if you want two USB hubs for 8 ports instead of 4.
