    Banned from panex gaming forums?? WTF

    So I bought the Panex Premium Repack. The vendors didnt work, so I posted a question in their forums, simple question easily answered. Checked back every day to see if I got an answer, seemed I was the only one not getting one.

    so on the 6th day I replied to my post saying they didnt have good support if its taking this long, someone please help. Well, came back two days later, couldnt log in, couldnt log into my 2nd account and I couldnt register, All said i wasnt permitted. Didnt get an email, also my friend said my post was deleted...

    So all in all, I got banned for asking a question they couldnt answer, and got a lil mad that I paid 25 bucks for that, and they couldnt help me for shit.

    DONT BUY PANEX PREMIUM - If you have problems they cant help you..

    ive fixed the problem, but Im honestly not going to support the Panex crew

    plus they are just a bunch of imature kids :yuck:

    I honestly have never had a problem with Sipex personally at all. He's always been warm and friendly, offered help WHEN HE HAS TIME( he has a real life too ya know, He's not a customer service center), and he's just been a cool guy.
    99% of all support questions are answered in FAQ files on his forums, those that aren't will get answered when he has a sec to do so.

    The only people who I have ever seen get banned are those who either cuss about their problems in the forums, bad mouth Sipex for having a bug pop up that he's trying to fix, or who have no patience and get rude about him not being at their beck and call 24/7.

    I've had more problems with users on his forums than anyone else, you know the kind who think they are ops, or just whine incessantly because they are griping about something they got for free.

    I'd have just PM'd Sipex or emailed the guy.
    He's always been waaay supportive of his premium users, and I'm just a public release one.

    I agree and thanks for supporting the Panex Crew, I used to use them also, they are very friendly and helpful, though there forum is not as popluated so it may be hard to get things
    answered, I suggest posting question in mmowned emu section is faster to get an
    answer.

    Sipex is a really nice guy.

    Never met him face to face either, just a loyal and appreciative customer.

    and for the others talking about it being an old post.. yeah it was but frankly i didn't appreciate someone bad mouthing Si, when he does so much for his users in his spare time.
