Ok, so I have a riddle for school for extra credit on my final grade. (2%)
I'll try to remember it as best as possible and all the clues the teacher has given.
If you ask questions, I will ask the teacher and he will give answers (eventually)
A man is on a stranded desert island. He is the only one there. The island is 1 mile long and 100 yards wide. The island only has grasses and shrubs. A fire starts at one end of the island and the wind blows the fire toward the man. The man survives unburned and unhurt. How?
CLUES:
-He did NOT get in water and swim away
-He does NOT have a Boat
-He did NOT "jump' off the island, it is surrounded by cliffs, he would have died from the fall.
-He did not run "around" the fire (Thats why the island is only 100 yards wide, so he can't run around it).
-He was NOT on a hill. (Could be a big hint, I am not sure, means he could have been on a mountain?)
REMEMBER: I DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER YET! I am also trying to figure it out.
Good Luck!
