I've tried LotRO.... HUGE failure, I got bored of it incredibly fast, even when I played a friends higher level character. You know what the most fun part of it was?

Sitting there playing the lute and mashing the keys to piss everybody off with random notes.

Tabula Rasa- its fun but seems to be missing somthing, its new i suggest to get the trial
Age of CONAAAAN- actually good and fun, good for people quiting wow or for a new game in general
Halo 2 or 3 if u have xbox- only fun online and not so fun really.
Buy a PS3 and play Assassins Creed- or get it for pc or 360.
Starcraft 2 (when it gets out)- seems good but not somthing to spend alot of time in

True, they consider the word Jew offensive. I'm a Jew, and I still think the word isn't offensive. Take the word Spearchucker for example. Anyways I agree overall, I might spend my rebate check on the XBox 360.

I don't want to make this a ps3 vs xbox thread however metal gear solid 4 has made the ps3 worth it. and age of conan is a really good mmo its just funcom underestimated themselves because of the horrible anarchy online but once microsoft funds them its gonna be wow x 2. blizzard ruined wow

Age of Conan is way to large, PvP gamestyle sucks, the best one will stay WoW and maybe warhammer, it looks alot more .. Well... Not that within the lines, Like wow you can jump spin, all that stuff, in age of conan you just walk ... walk .. .if you jump you lose speed ... Its alot more lose in WoW, which I personally like about PvP

Now, if you plan on giving up WoW... i RECOMMEND that you download the free trial of Lord of The Rings online... now when i was giving up on WoW (yea i dont play retail anymore i just test WoTLK now...) i downloaded it and i was AMAZED! Its just so cool! Now heres a list of stuff if ur gonna give up WoW, some of them are not MMos:

LOTRO
Tabula Rasa
Age of CONAAAAN
Halo 2 or 3 if u have xbox

Now i did all of this... and its just so MUCH COOLER than WoW! I mean my WoW Addiction is over and i have very good grades anymore and now if someone tries to beat me up i use some moves from Assassins Creed and kick his ass roflmao. You can also play Assassins Creed on PC i actually didnt buy a ps3 but i said so, so that u can play more games.

About Halo 2... well this game plain rocks. I played multiplayer with my friends and i killed them all and i was like... OH ITS SO COOL.

Tabula Rasa... this game OWNS (ive not actually tried it fully yet but its just soooo cool)

About Starcraft 2, now this is the one i havent tried but im sure ill like it, as well as u. Trust me if u have played starctaft/WC3/ WoW u are gonna love it. Blizzard makes masterpieces.

I to have played all these games and, from my views, THEY SUCK. (accept halo o.o)

*cough cough* Let me explain myself though.

1) Lotro- Played in beta, played out of beta. Both times it was very exciting for, say, a day. Really the graphics are AMAZING. Thats really the only good thing I can say for it. I did not like the dungeon/instance system at all and everything really felt to similar (in classes). Character graphics arnt all that good however. More so if you RP and have to use the walk command. It just looks stupid.

2) Tabula Rusa- Also, I found this game amazingly fun! For two days =/ Again I found that it's instance and dungeon system was some what lacking and unorganized. It really didn't have that spark I was looking for either, since everyone is basically the same just shooting a gun. Don't get me wrong it was fun but I just got tired of it after a while.
