hey, no disrespect but what is the purpose of this 'team'

as soon as someone requests something does that mean your 'team' automatically designs that request depending on what your best at. no offense but sems a bit silly/strange to have it and kind of limits the graphics forum a bit.

situation: new person comes along wanting to get into graphics, trys to help by doing requests but cant as this team is doing each request every time making the forum into a mini shop. that all i think would happen, and also no offence but to have a team for this forum it would be best to have more of the 'better' graphic artists (not just 1 or 2), otherwise if there still making sigs for people it will eradicate the need for the team to do it.

not knocking the idea but just my thoughts on how it could exclude some people a bit and i would like to hear your comments on what your making the team for.
