[Signature] File too large - make it smaller!!

I can't use this signatures - it says the file is too large... can anyone make it either:
1) Smaller,

or

2) A totally new one?

Instead of uploading it directly to the MMOwned servers, in the text box where you type in your signature, place the direct link to the image, inside IMG tags, and you can bypass the limit. Methinks.
