    Alright, first off if anyone has a guide on paypal verification post it here PLEASE!!!.

    Well for some reason even after adding a credit card, it still had a sending limit on it... Well i was thinking of getting a VCC and thinking that it would work on another account. Canada not US this time. Post any help that you can give on this. Dont flame me for being a noob.

    Another thing: I had recieved like 300 USD 2 times at about the same time, which locked the paypal account... Any way to avoid this next time?

    well only way..is if u spend the money right away and the limit for canada is 500$ but after u use it one it gets limited hope i was a big help !
