Font help

So as the topic says..I've been looking for this font for 2 days now. I saw it being used in a movie posted somewhere here on the forums (couldn't find it) and in some persons sig (can't remember who).
Anyway, the text is like abit shaken and at the star and at the end there are two eagle wings sticking out, if anyone could find that font for me it would be fantastic.
