I changed it a little bit. Well, just another choice you have. This one looks better imo, but it doesn't directly fit the theme (no zombie in it). Just thought I'd try something else.

The class and definition in his work out comes anyone else on these forums. I'm sorry to the other covers but they aren't even remotely close.

The text on the other two are all wrong, I'm sorry but has taken nothing at all to do what so ever. Just a font with stroke, not worthy to compare to what Piersd has done.

Id most prob' kill myself and rip up all my own artwork if you don't pick his, simple.

Sorry, I really don't care who's he uses, but I think that was quite rude and unecessary to myself and Maine. It's fine if that's your opinion, but you certainly could've put it more nicely.

And lol @ you... Piersd's text is the same as ours, however he used an heavily eroding font. And I didn't just add some text, I changed some lighting on it, and some small stuff, thanks very much.

And the reason you don't see wowomg3damazingtext on any of ours is maybe because... this is a book cover, and most book cover DON'T have amazing graphical text sticking out, because it generally doesn't look that good. You'll find most book covers just use a straight font, 1 color, no stroke, no effects.

Anyway, like I said it's fine that you extremely don't like ours, but please don't say things like "it's so bad I want to kill myself." That's just immature and rude when we're just putting time in to help someone else out.

OK, I did write this once but web browser had a fit, so I have summarised it briefly.

Here's why I had a grump session.


Piersd's work deserve more praise than he gets, I know art when I see it. I have a BA in Graphic Design from Goldsmiths, I was annoyed how his is looked as great but that's it, he has EVERY single core principle and fundamental what I found you two were lacking.


The font things was only one aspect I picked up on, didn't meant to focus strictly on that. Never did I say font's have to be 3d to look good either, I just found a Cliché font with a heavy stroke didn't work at all.


Sorry if you felt so strongly, never meant to insult in this way at all, just was pissed off.

lastly I never said your work is so bad I would kill myself, twisting conversation isn't necessary is it when people can read what I put anyway.


Those links you provided by the way, a few yes are good, but some are god damn awful. Just because they are printed dosen't mean they are exceptional.

Now thats a nice cover for a book, but i think you should make the title bigger^^

Better without the images. The first one plain and simple has a brilliant atmosphere. The two images just take that factor away.

Puff, Piersd is epic but Krusader was a "NOOB/Leecher" when he started this. he deserves a lot more praise than your giving him.

Oh lordy, so very hard to choose. Piersd's is the one that I think would be the book cover, but some of Krusader's actually would have a different use besides a cover for this particular book, so I will pm you about that Krusader. As for Maine's, I just have to say his picture is stunning, but the text is a bit off. Keep em coming if you want

No seriously, all of the submissions here is very nice.
I especially like Piersd's cover since it's the most subtle and artistic one. Not saying the others is bad, but the theme Piersd went for is most fitting for a book cover in my opinion.

Good luck with your Novel Krazzee, with all these very good-looking covers to choose from, it's sure to be good
