have you got any previous work you can post please so people know of your skill level etc?
also might be advisable to make a template for people to fill in, and optionally a minimum rep requirement. (normalyl really good people find themselves getting alot of requests so they make a min rep requirement of 10/15+)

Well, I'm not going to make 5 pictures as an example.. all I can say is I'm pretty good..
Using Gimp.
My sig is an example.
well i didnt mean make 5 new sigs to show i meant insert pictures of your previous work you have done, e.g. sigs you made for others or yourself.
try adding that banner you did as an example so people no the standard of work you can provide. but no offence i think you need to practice a bit more before opening a service, its good your trying to contribute but there are already some strong services available and i just think if you practised a bit more or looked at some tutorials you could make your shop alot more effective

If this is the kind of signatures you do, I'd say you need some more training before opening a service. Do some tutorials or so.
Warning flame:
Sorry bud, all your doing is basically slapping text on backgrounds and wanting rep. I saw you make a sig for some guy, it was a WC3 loading screen plus absurdly conflicting (color) text. Then you said "Now throw me rep" and you called him dumb. Nice job. Please...opening a "sig" service isn't a rep farming house. So either really study, or :gtfo2:

personally i would say theres not "a" tutorial to look at. you need to look at many tutorials and practice. (theres a links thread just opened that should help) people like me0w and piersd (just a few names that first came to mind) have been practising for what looks like ages and have developed their own individual styles, that imo is what makes a good sig producer; individual style.
if you are happy with your sigs dont open a service but instead show your work first for others to look at and comment on, you'll soon know whether to open a service. i think a good example of this is shiny, he joined and quickly looked at tutorials which he then used for his sigs, posted up a few he made, got a couple of good responses and because of the lack of services at the time opened up one.( i could be wrong here but as you can see shiny is relatively new [in comparison to some] to graphics but picked it up pretty quickly)
but then there is the very big step from average sigs --> above average sigs which is where the real work will come in and only through experience will you be able to get to that level (like some of the "better" sig makers i mentioned earlier)
p.s. sorry for the long wall of text, just trying to help you for the future if you really want to get into graphics and make a service and avoid being put down badly.

Wow thanks Carlos ^^ youre so wise. Hmmm, i hope i'll find my own style. i have lots of idés but lack of skills.I really have to learn about makeing things from scratsh. like use c4d (whatever that is
) and i dont know anything about effects. Tough i'm pretty well at changeing details and going into the pixels. I'll get right on it now! c ya

lol thanks never considered myself as wisejust like to try help out where i can really.
making things from scratch is not necessary though, there are so many resources out there (I've posted a few packs and so have others) that area there for your benefit. sure make artwork from scratch but components of it; brushes, stocks, renders, filters, "c4ds" are resources you should take advantage of and use them to help compliment your artwork.
and since you don't know what "c4d" is here's a brief explanation; C4D is actually Cinema 4d, a 3d graphics program that in it you can create these 3d abstract renders that most people refer to as "c4d". tbh "c4d" is just a generic term for a 3d abstract render (piersd uses alot if you need an idea, there like big fractals) but you can make "c4d" in many 3d programs not just C4D but as thats the main one thats the generic name its been given.
nobody knows what effects are and how to use them when they first start thats why there are tutorials out there for you to use, forums to ask for help on but most of all practice. ideas are brilliant and thats where to start, create your ideas; while making them you'll remember something from a tutorial that will help you or something that previously you did that didnt turn out just right so you'll fiddle about for a while till you like it.
once again sorry for the big text thing; think its because i'm writing my english hamlet coursework atm:yuck:
and i'm just in that kind of big writing flow
if you do need any help please msg me instead as i wont reply in here anymore so as not to clutter the thread (which i apologise for doing)
