I had a similiar problem just 2 pages ago, are you sure your theme is Aero? With transperency and stuff? That seemed to be the problem with me.. and I had the same symptoms like you..

P.S. Is anyone having troubles with 40 lvl missions? I crashed into asteroids several times and can't complete them....

On the Imperial side, yes. Lvl 40 missions are abit "borked".

I can get a 55% success rate on Polith and Sullust seems not to complete (usually it ends up at about 55 targets done over 60).
If your ship crash consistently on rocks, on Polith, you can try to tweak the Mission Skew Timer and see how it goes.

Nope thats for Republic, more specificly Drexel Sweep, my char is almost 41 and I need to switch to any of the 40+ missions

I had no problem whatsoever on Repubblic side.
One thing you could try (apart from getting all the best gear you can, including gear from the commendations) is to turn off "Bonus" in options.
Still, if you ship crashes onto rocks, 90% is due to Mission Skew Timer (the ship is moving late or early, respect the mission timer)

Crashing into asteroids ("hit rocks") usually comes from a failed mission start time sync, Check mission time and debug timer, in this case there will be a gap. Reduce img tolerance until mission and bot timer are in sync. If they seem to be synced well but the ship still hits a rock, use timer skew to adjust the bot timer in sub-second area. So if the move to avoid a collision comes a bit late, decrease mission timer skew in 100ms steps.

System details: X64 CPU, WIN_7(X64) Service Pack 1
RAM total:31 GB,free:28 GB, used:11 %
Desktop dimensions: 1920x1080(32bpp, 60Hz)
Desktop theme: Custom

SWTOR Client is running with 1024x766
SWTOR Window:0,0 Win size:1032x793


the error I get is "Scanning for mission start image" even after a successful calibrate.

what image is it looking for?

also, sometimes i have to turn on HD mode, other times I have to turnit off.

Your desktop theme seems to cause the problems. A screenshot of entire desktop with client and bot running would be nice, but guess if you switch to Aero Windows7 theme mission start will work as expected.

hey guys, im having (again ) weird resolutions problem
i wasnt able to run lucky on my laptop so i followed TMichael's advice and plugged it to an external screen.
so im running it now but screens recommended resolution is 1920x1080 which is way too high for my laptop so the performance is low which cause most missions fail
so i tried lowering the resolution to different ones, for example 1152x864
which runs perfectly for my friend but doesnt work for me.
bot does well on the space ship, accepts pending missions, sends companions and stuff, but then it cant correctly pick a mission, just misses a bit. whats more weird it tries to click the same point for every resolution but 1920x1080. i tried every setup and resolution now. running out of ideas...

I will post a screen shot tonight, but just a fyi, I am running Aero, it says custom because I changed the background image to a color. cant stand that fancy background.

Do you think changing image would be enough to cause the problem?

The client window size from your sysinfo is a bit different from the default (1040x804). This should be compensated by calibrate which in such a case would adjust client window's top left position what moves the client windows GDI to the position where it has to be. (GDI dimensions are 1024x766) The background img is no prob, but you must have changed titlebar, border or typeface when you customized your desktop theme and for unknown reason calibrate seems to have failed here (if you calibrated before pulling the sysinfo data)

Simply said - .if things are where bot expects them it works like a charm. If they are few pixel off ... bummer.

I'm pretty sure desktop image is not an issue but not using the aero theme set is. Even when I used random backgrounds my info still reads aero theme. Triple check to be sure...tron can smell these things.

You will need to calibrate after changing resolution, usually that should do the trick.

anyone having problems with the swtor client closing itself? im not sure why its doing it but its random, sometimes it will close at just 4 missions and another at 12.

I posted a few times about this. It will happen with or without bot. Any time going in or out if client it has a chance of crashing. Deleting the retail client folder and run repair should fix.

Thanks for this I have been having a few issues with this and this fixed it so I can bot overnight.
