Running latest revision 211, and I have noticed so far in the missions I have tried that it is not using my power conversion module at all - I ran 20-4 on Polith minefield and while that isnt bad I am certain the 4 fails wouldnt have happened if the power was turned on to assure the minelayer destroyed - using all level 5 upgrades. everything else seems pretty smooth at this point.

Also with the latest revisions (I havent been using this untill pretty recently from months ago) either theres a huge delay sometimes or no recognition at all but I have to hit a mission start button multiple times for it to actually take over and start doing something it will rarely work if I just click a mission and click the game window it sits at waiting mission control enabled

Your window position and size might be off, or perhaps Windows Aero is off. On the program's About tab, if you could click SysInfo and then post the results here, we might be able to narrow down the problem.

WOW! Works great without those equipped. Thank you.

    Luckys Spacebot v5.35 x86 (R211)

System details: X64 CPU, WIN_7(X64) Service Pack 1
    RAM total:5 GB,free:0 GB, used:84 %
    Desktop dimensions: 1280x1024(32bpp, 75Hz)
Desktop theme: Aero using , , dpi

SWTOR Client is running with 1024x768
    SWTOR Window:0,0 Win size:1040x804

    On Target Time=50
    Missile Delay=333
    Timer Skew =+200
    IMG Tolerance=106
    HD Status=1
    Timing override=4
    Mission bonus=1
    PSX OTT enabled=1
    PSX DBG enabled=4
    Last mission=
    Win / Loss 0 / 0

I wasnt aware that had anything to do with it, that is the standard setup sometimes I have to move the window slightly down literally a couple pixels only as it will miss the yes/no box on entering mission - I figured those items would be used with the number keys 1-4 respectively no?

Thanks if this gives any help

    Hi Ressinated,

The "1" and "2" keys have an issue where pressing one of them less than 1.5 seconds after another will fail, sometimes causing the wrong booster to be on, or both to be off. The new methodology simply checks to see if the booster is off (it looks for the appropriate near black pixels), and sends a "1" or "2" if True, and does nothing if False. This allows us to have multiple attack or defense functions in a row without ever worrying about the timing, keeping one of the other up 100% of the time.

It definitely sounds like your screen is off by a few pixels, which might also cause other clicks to fail. But the positioning looks correct based on your report. Have you tried the [Resize and Move] button in the Options tab?

Also, I would recommend testing missions with [Enable psx debug mode] under Options checked off - this often works better. Please let us know if this is still unresolved. /puzzled

Hi, thank you for the new version. Works really well.

Is there a simple way that i can change the WASD moving to arrow keys? Because no one that i know uses A and D for turning the char around, everyone uses strafe here. Everytime when i use the bot i have to change keys in the client, so i thougt i change in the bot. But i don't know where to start looking at the code

Q and E are set to strafe by default, so I suspect most people don't bother to change them since they are right above the A and D. But if you want to manually change them in code (which means you would have to make the same changes every time you update to a new version), below are the script locations:

    • In defense.au3, mantis_on() and mantis_off() both utilize the D key as part of the bounty hunter solution.
    • In defense.au3, sway(), keys_up(), evader(), shield_evader(), and shield_evader_mover() all make use of the four directional buttons for avoidance

I think that's all of them. It's a bit of a pain, but easily doable.

Yes, they are there by default. No most people change them. By changing them you can greatly improve your moving-skills. Moving with WASD like in a 1st or 3rd person shooter is first choice for PvPers and advanced PvEers. Q and E are here bound to various spells. Bioware messed here around, unfortunately you can't setup spaceship movement separately.

Thanks so much for the replies, that seems to have been the issue a previous build was not quite clicking the right area for the yes/no box to enter the mission so I was used to moving the window down ever so slightly - I no longer need to do this and it worked perfect with the standard alignment.

Now I have a question about the 2 44 missions - I just had a horrible success rate with aeten (14-32) since those 2 missions dont complete bonus should I be unticking that from the options menu or what else could be the cause? I didnt watch to much of the runs as I watched a good bit of the previous minefield runs and the timing was pretty spot on for doging shots/obstacles..

The best advice I can give is get real friendly with the bot and the settings. The team has given the community an incredibly adjustable pilot, that has vari. Aim. Duration , Time skews plus or minus and give support almost instantly. The community must be able to sustain it .

Turning bonus off for dalies is a good idea For Living through a mission and failing. Gtol. Target timer and override are also good adjustments... Changing one at a time to notice the effect. A single setting can drastically improve or hurt the bot. Play around don't be afraid.

Crashing into rocks. Is a dead give away for false starts. Lowering img.tol. Is the best fix ... Change and test.

Quit mission. Login screen. Image tol. Fail. Check settings Adjust Img tol. Up and test. CHECK AERO. Worst case may need to use you own images

Mouse mission click select spots is100%. Improper client size/pos ... Click Resize and move Button. Adjust task bar to side if needed( small screen laptops)

If error on compile ... Try again

If error on first run. Comple x86 (or your version) again

    I think that covers most.

Again... If the bot or any of the preceding advice mess up your porn collection / wedding video or homework it's your own fault. Don't use it! Don't cheat. Do not Use it. Go play wizzard 101

Vapor if you want to convert my rambling to English and add to FAQ you have my full blessing to edit as you see fit. If you want me to do some cut and pasting into the existing doc and you edit the final I'd be happy to help what ever way.

I'm not sure if this would help anyone.... But... I use a program called recordit. At it best it helps me document screen pos , Action(mouse click or w/e) and time code.. The actually software is ment to loop taks with out any sync(huge fail). But again the script is a text list of time , screen pos , action(mouse keyboard media keys). It's helped me Back in 5.2 and 5.3 to get some of lucky's missions working.

Lol it used to work great at walking out of the cave and hitting my frost wolf transport trinket... Jump jump. Click for re Q(if there) and repeat..... Was a great honor grinder.

On jabiim with the bounty hunter ship, the ship just keeps shooting its own thrusters and cant complete the mission. Even on DS-Mantis mode.

Also, the missions on my jedi knight wont loop. It just sits on the ship after it completes a mission.
