Anyone else have an issue with Clouds of Vond? The missions immediately starts; it's like it's not waiting for event sync...just starts it's path shooting no matter what delay I set.

okay, slight update
the host i use for version checking (Free Hosting, Paid Hosting, Reseller Services & VPS Servers : Byet Internet) first went down yesterday, and now their hosted domains (like the one the version checking/donate page is on) is currently screwed up
however, the website i use for LOGINS is still up, so just ignore the message for now and just continue like usual
there is a new temporary page on the first post, which points to Untz

i am not going to release a hotfix or anything as im assuming that byethost will fix itself up shortly

reminder : there will be no major updates until 1.2 gets released, which i believe will cause major disruptions to the bot

What are your guys space mission win/loss ratio seems after i record one thats near perfect run somehow it fails alot.

Been using for weeks and love it. Used it on 3 imps with no issues. I decided to work on a pub toon and everything was working well till the LVL 20 teir. I tried to run Makem but when it would try to select the mission in the galaxy map it would miss ( mouse position results in just to the right of space mission Icon). I tried debug and setting to custom but no luck. Fortunately, Archenar worked fine so I ran that till 28. Now when I try to do either lvl 28 mission they both miss when selecting the actual mission.

Syvris: pointer is right of the mission Icon
Llanic: selects Tatooine
Ran debug again and used custom but no luck
Both left and right hotbars are active
800x600 with low setting but enabling bloom (tried with out but no luck)

Not sure whats up. I went back and tested it on imperial and it worked fine.

-edit: Forgot to include: Tried running in Windows 7 with areo and on windows xp via vmware with classic and custom but no luck. In the past I only used VMware with xp when lvling the imps

yeah .. i honestly have no idea how to reproduce these misses and whatnot so i really dont have a fix
however i have examined some screenshots and theyre all slightly off from -each other- so from what i can tell its to do with computer display settings, probably

can you state your :

1. screen resolution
2. screen ratio (16:9, 16:10, 4:3)
3. selected ingame resolution

- of both your vmware and win7

for reference mine (which the bot is synced to) are :
1. 1920x1080
2. 16:9
3. 800x600

and last of all, can you upload a picture similar to this one so i can compare it

***Update: I got it to sort of work by modding the custom script offsets for the last 2 numbers by 15, 1. Allows makeem to work but others are just off so I need to tweak.

I've read through most of this thread, and I've seen a lot of complaints about missions randomly going out of sync; I have the same problem. I have a low-end computer and my FPS during space missions is low. If there was a way to fix the sync issues, I would buy the full version and support further development.

I have a couple of suggestions on how to improve the program:

Use multiple sync events or images throughout the mission. The timer sync image just uses an image of the seconds, so perhaps you could use a single image to sync once per minute. (5:26, 4:26, 3:26, etc). Not sure if this would work because of stars and other noise in the original image, but it's an idea. A resync every 15 seconds would be amazing though, especially for people like me with crappy computers.

Option for lockboxes only in Slicing missions. Augment missions are a waste of time and money, while Grade 5-6 Lockbox missions are the most profitable missions in the game. If you could add an option to ignore Augment missions, it would improve the credits per hour potential of the program by a lot.

I hope you find my suggestions useful.

I have several pc's running this bot. When I originally set everything up, I noticed one would constantly miss the mission on the map.. All pc's had the same screen res 1920x1080, and using Aero. This went on for at least a week before I found my solution. The theme is not the only thing that determines windows size. Something called "Make text and other items larger or smaller" was set by default to (Medium) 125%. All other pc's were (Smaller) 100% default. Changing it to 100% fixed my problem.

ive had this running on both a windows 7 (in areo) pc and a vmware guest machine both are working fine for me.

with vmware it has to be a windows xp guest machine windows 7 will not work at all theres a good guide on how to get it running in the guides section.
