    Has to be updated for patch/hotfix.

    Don't think it's been mentioned, but in coming in the 1.3 patch:

    Foraged plants receive an overhaul: plant distribution has been adjusted in all zones, including addition of new spawn locations. Plants that are frequently used have their spawn rates greatly increased. This should also address issues with plants spawning in level-inappropriate areas.

    So you may have to reset your node map... at least for foraged items.

    Bump in the Road

    Hello,

    I recently donated and installed the Pro version, but I am running in to a few hitches;

    1) The zoom options for the Rift Gatherer map only seem to zoom in/out of a specific spot. Zooming in only brings me to the NW area of the world, over Stillmoor. Am I missing something to be able to around elsewhere? Tried dragging, using arrows...

    2) Auto-center seems to do nothing

    3) The nodes in the In Game map do not show up. I can see the little center dot, but that's it.

    I am new to this program the forums, so I am not sure if things 'break' in the gatherer after every hotfix to Rift, and we just need to wait for an update to the gatherer.

    Thank you, hope to hear for a solution.

    *I also downloaded Rift off of steam, if that affects anything.

    Posted this yesterday, no idea why it was deleted or gone...

    In-game option crashes the program. I have .NET fully updated to 4.0, XNA is fully updated. Running rift gatherer as administrator and have the config.cfg set to matching resolution with US option. Playing on US servers. Using windows 7 64bit

    Here is the crash report

    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
        <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    I am also getting a crash now when I check off In-Game Map.

    Another issue that has crept up, only while Rift is running, is when I press the zoom buttons or check off Auto Center, the Rift Gatherer map turns teal and I have to restart the program since it does not go away. Like mentioned, this issue does not happen when rift is not running.

    I am on Windows 7, 64-bit Home Premium.

    I take it this no longer works with live?

    Does not show current location, does not auto-center, ingame does not work either.

    Shame to see it in a non-working state, really hope my donation wasn't in vain.

    Ohh, shoot
    I haven't been looking into this thread for a few days because I've been working,
    I have been updating whenever i see there is a patch but Monday / Tuesday i don't really have access to a computer i can do that on,
    No the project isn't dead i just had a lot to do,
    As for the ingame map in Vista i have no idea why it is crashing for you guys I've looked into it but it works flawlessly on both Win 7 64(newly installed worked perfect even after i formatted and just reinstalled .net 4)

    I am trying to update as fast as i can but sometimes i can take a day to do it, sorry for the delay
