I am running W7 64bit and nothing works besides the actual checkboxes and always on top.

I have .net 4 and xna installed.

Auto-center moves the map to the very northwest corner of the map, ie in the water, which I can assure you is not my location.

In-game option does not work either, and shows no nodes.

No matter what is done it constantly shows my location to be the northwest body of water outside of Stillmoor.

    I have a gtx 285 btw.

So am I correct in assuming this project is dead in the water? No update for over two months now, would really love it in a working state again.

Every patch i need to update the coordinates,

And because i get these from a variable i've setup on my website i do not need to update the program with each update, and the reason there haven't been a new update is because i have not thought of any new features to implement.

edit: <-- idiocy at its best

I can think of a few things that may or may not be possible as features.

Perhaps based on your location for the last x steps, etc, add a facing to the current location?
It would help for those of us who don't always keep track of which direction we were heading last.

That alone would make me very happy, although it may not be easy or even possible to implement.

Also, by chance possible to make the overlay click through, or is that out of reach? Maybe a way to resize the in-game map as well?

One more thing, would love to have a closer zoom, as artifacts even on max zoom clog the screen, so this would help alot.

If these features are possible to add, I believe it would be even better than it currently is now.

    Thanks again

For those of you who don't have this working, try starting Rift Gatherer AFTER you start Rift. You may need to uncheck and re-check the box, which shows the ingame map, to make it work - a few times.

Its now working for me again, thank you.

I would just like to verify that as of today's hotfix selecting auto-center or in-game map results in a crash, and no longer work.

Here is the error it gives:

Remember to change the path in Config.cfg to your Rift folder (Even if you do not see a log.txt just write it anyways)

    My config.cfg have only these:

    1280
    1024
    EU

Then how to chnage path to my rift folder?

I'm pretty sure the path is no longer needed. I have steam and even though it's in a different location works fine with rift.

Make sure your localization is correct, if you don't have european version of rift, replace EU with US for us version, also make sure your using the most recent version, which is version 0.0.0.55.

I'm pretty sure the path is no longer needed. I have steam and even though it's in a different location works fine with rift.

Make sure your localization is correct, if you don't have european version of rift, replace EU with US for us version, also make sure your using the most recent version, which is version 0.0.0.55.
This is true, i get the path from the process now instead
