I haven't used stashie much, so if someone can give me a good filter file, I'll gladly include it.

do not work at all for me. run loader and it do nothing(just tray icon). 3.9 was ok

The public version hasn't been updated for 3.10. The private version is the PoEHelper.zip file on the repository, but needs a password that I provide. If the private version isn't working, then:
Are your running Steam? If so you need to replace the gameoffsets.dll and exilecore.dll with the ones from the SteamFiles.zip.

I messed with fullraresetmanager but it had bugs. It worked sometimes, but not others. I'll research it and try to fix it. Unless someone has one that works, in which case they can let me know and I'll test it and potentially add it.

Here is the source for one that works for me. Two things that you have to do.

Have to have a low extra click delay, otherwise it will sometimes crash picking out rings.
Have to manually tab through your stash tabs sometimes. Doesn't seem to be able to pull a stash tab until you've visited it.

I think I found the problem, I built the FullRareSetManager and it placed the file in an unexpected location, so when I added it, I added an old version. The one I'm currently testing seems to be working. Thanks for the source code, though. If this ends up not working, I'll give it a try.
