poehud plugin: atlas lines qol

simple plugin that shows connected maps on the atlas. doesn't follow the curves because i don't know how to do that.

blue line represents the 3-1 recipe path.

Will be useless once GGG decides to implement the chinese atlas aesthetics, but until then this helps with influence herding.

borrowed scaling code from the maps exchange plugin, hope you dont mind lol.

I didn't add in unique maps because AFAIK, they cannot be part of shaper/elder influence, so their lines are almost meaningless.
