PoEHUD - Overlay for Path of Exile (Updated for 3.0)

Playing poe without hud now for a while, takes some getting used to again but it's doable i guess. Worst thing is that playing without hud adds like 1 minute to map clears since you can't see the monsters and have to check everything and rush less.

I'm looking for confirmation if people have gotten banned by using limited user method (properly of course not some half assed method that wasn't configured correctly). I thought there were a few but not sure. Not risking my main account at the moment trying it.

might be pointless, because you also need confirmation that checks -> bans are still on going, and not a once in a while ban event at random times

Try running dxtory as the same user you are running poe under?

Tried that i did not work

Also tried running rivatuner statistics server as limited user and it did not work either

In my daily usage Rivatuner works with games runned as limited user.

I think Rivatuner need to be executed with you main user, not the limited one.

hey guys i see the ban wave go out last night well 16 hours ago ,i made new account and made all the changes to hide folder and use the poehud and flask thingy.....and i did not get banned i really think the anti cheat thing they are doing or what it is, its not on all the time they turn it on at what ever time they want scan then ban....because iv been running it all day today in a vmware with access limited and not getting banned at all and all yesterday too i used it but the time the ban went out i was in bed pst time zone my guess we cant tell when they are going to turn it on a scan to see whos using what...was anyone on when the wave went out and had the limited set up thing going and didn't get banned ...then we will know for sure...

afaik 3 years ago they did something similar aka warning many ppl - ban few and Poe hud was working till these dayz. The only reason i was using it was showing enemies on mini map and that great arrows showing where is your loot without any others extra things i still get banned

Was online at 10PM EST last night, and still not banned using the method I posted previously in this thread (limited user/custom compile/rename). Still think stashy/pickit/doors could get you popped based on bot-like actions though.

Can you post what all you did? I'm going to run my full setup with your changes and see if stashie and doors / pockit will flag.

I'm hoping someone could do a little write up on how to compile the hud yourself to help us further hide it. I'm currently playing on a 2nd account i made and only have the hud running (default settings nothing else, no plugins) using limited user method, been playing about 8 hours now and not banned. I did notice occasionally it would randomly lick me to login screen and id just simply log back in and play.

i used dxtory ages ago and i remember that thing was a bit buggy and complicated.

the way i limit poe's fps is simply Vsync. it's dosnt require much graphic power so any mainstream card can serve it will with vsync on.

I only use vanilla poehud but still got warning couple days ago. I will create new account with poehud turn on at that time for testing.

They are targeting main accounts, and won't ban any try hard "ban me" ...and this gives as a clue that everything is manually made......somehow...:|

Not manual, but it's something like this:

The anti-cheat, and this is my guess, is built into the database which allows you to see other people' gear. Since it is updated in realtime, it is able to do a click count on how fast you are putting things into your stash. This will not be an easy thing to thwart.

dunno about the stashie thing, ive been using the autoclicker from ASH which does like 50 clicks a second for the last 4 leagues. No ban

I also used ASH for just as long, and also no ban. However, Tencent was not in the picture back then, nor was there an active anti-cheat, either. The clicking thing is how they are identifying bots - I'm almost 100% sure of that. This is why Exilebuddy is shutting down - they do not know how to fix this.
