ok so after fresh install everything works fine

Praise The Sun! I found a way to completely remove dynamic shadows in the Delve!
Huge performance boost for a weak systems & eye-cancer builds! (or just average party-play..)
On top of that - no black textures, startup lags or other shit (even the lightning itself will stay as before)!

PS: Tested only using a DirectX 9 renderer without shadows enabled - delve crawler and other delve light sources will NOT cast any shadows on objects or ground.
I don't know how it will work on DX11 or DX9 WITH shadows turned on.. theoretically it can remove them (fully or partially).
PPS: Don't ask me to remove dynamic lightning itself - it will ruin your game.

Single Archive version: Drag & Drop Art dir, not the folders inside of it.
Splitted version: Open Art_0 folder, drag&drop Art folder. Repeat with other Art_N directories.

Important: Install ALL updates after that.

Idk.. try to remove SoundEvents, ParticleEffects, Lights and WindEvents sections from Metadata\Effects\Spells\molten_armour\ .aoc files AND content of SkinMesh section (leaving empty brackets { })
