Can you share what you wrote in the ban appeal???

I just said that i was crashed and when tried to login again i saw that i was banned.

Im a bit shocked too. because im using poe smoother about 1 year and wasnt banned before and didnt saw that someone was banned.
They declined my ban appeal and said this:
The ban was placed due to a breach of Section 7 of our Terms of Use, and as is mentioned in our Terms of Use under Section 16, you will be solely responsible for all activities undertaken on your account.

I just know a guy who got banned for this exact reason, and all guild members were banned.

Weird shit, it should be a lot more people if smoother was the reason..
But, it's one case here, one there , every 6 months.
