It showed me an error on start but deleting PoeSmoother folders in AppData/Local helped

no i saw that ofc but i cant find any folders in my appdata/local thats related to poesmoother

Don't use smoother in a *.zip format. Extract first, in its own directory.
I can see those buffs because they are added to the active_effects.txt list.

I think you need to close the game when using smoother.
