This file don't work with amd cards..dunno why:
- new\DisableShadows\Shaders.ScreenspaceShadows.hlsl
- restore\DisableShadows\Shaders.ScreenspaceShadows.hlsl

Restore shadows ,..remove them and check no-shadows again. This was posted few versions ago.

Hi how can i disable icestorm skill i cant find it

For Icestorm there are two directories in which you need to edit .aoc files.
1. Actual spell - "Metadata\Effects\Spells\monsters_effects\vaal_sacrifice\ice_storm" - I recommend to remove particle effects and optionally sounds, it can get pretty annoying with dozens of icestorms, but it's up to you. Removing SkinMesh doesn't seem to further increase performance, it'll just make Icestorms completely invisible.
2. Ground effect it creates. - "Metadata\Effects\Spells\ground_effects_v2\ice" - Particle Effects and SkinMesh. But be warned that it'll make chilling grounds game normally uses invisible too.

Also heads up, while this will greatly enhance Icestorms performance, it's still very demanding on CPU, because of all the calculation involved and seemingly at some point also server limitations.
