It works just fine, you just have to learn what the settings are for.

Min life to drink is when it will use any life flask including a instant to heal you above the level. *IF* your life gets below the spam level then it will spam the shit out of it to make sure you get above it. If you don't want it to spam the shit out of it then set it to 0.

Instant Flask Spam Delay, set that and it'll wait however much time you input before spamming the instant flask again. Personally I wouldn't set the delay too high, quarter of a second at most.
