I'm still using it after the patch with no probs easy sniping on my ranger. I play over 3 or more hours with the multi hack active and still haven"t gotten banned.

I have been using this for a while now and not had any problems. It is possible that your antivirus is interfering with cheat engine so try disabling it. Also its possible your not using it right (I know when I dont target the client.exe process with cheat engine I am unable to put marks in the box). You have to open the cheat table, open the game, get into the game (at least get to the char select screen), target client.exe with cheat engine (when you do this it will ask you if you want to keep the current code list so say yes), and after all of that is done correctly you will be able to enable the hacks by putting checks in the boxes. If you are unsure how to target client.exe with cheat engine just search on youtube for cheat engine and use 1 of the many tutorials on there or use link I provided at bottom. They will show you how to target a process with cheat engine but remember that the process you will want to target is client.exe and not whatever they are targeting.

Here is a video for some noob trying to use cheat engine to hack levels/exp but you can not hack levels (its server sided) so dont bother trying. Just use his video because he shows you how to target client.exe and after you see how to target client.exe just quit watching the video.

Wrong. Only Fullbright no longer works. Map and zoom work perfectly.

FYI, fullbright doesn't seem to work anymore.
