You can't actually see the chest on the map, but in some zones, when a chest spawns, it creates a perfect rectangle of open space around it.

A new patch was deployed. Will we be able to use it without any worries (detection or error)?
hey all, nice work wrongusername![]()
I dont test it since poe are patched, wrongusername if you can tell us if its okay? THx
Just tested, still works in the new patch
For some reason, 75% of the time when i start the multihack, my game freezes and i have to restart it, any idea why or how to prevent this?
and what, praytell, are they using to "see thousands and thousands of accounts running software known to be infected with keyloggers"
stinks of bullsh*t although fundamentally I agree with the message.
DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. My account got robbed. Everything that had value got stolen. I only used this version. Downloaded from this link.
Judging by the post, support tickets.
I would believe there were close to 1000s of people who had their account compromised one way or another by using those fake Youtube hacks and others that were being spammed on the forums. I mean, just read some of the posts people make on the forums, I could count 1000 "below average" IQ members easily.
The only trouble is, there is nothing GGG can do to protect users from themselves, which is the current problem. At best, they can try to scare people into not being dumb and risking their account. If someone wants to run a "fake" hack, then no anti-cheat is going to remedy that problem; it's a "fake" hack. Some anti-cheats come with anti-virus features, like ahnlab's products, but they specialize in both anti-cheat and anti-virus domains. For that to work, you need a persistent anti-cheat (an AV essentially) that is always running and supervising the PC itself. GGG cannot do that.
My speculation is that they are going to do is hold users responsible for who access their accounts. That is, they will ban you at a certain threshold of account compromise. They already hinted at some things that were happening, so it's just a matter of "educational guessing" on their part. That is, If 250 people have their account accessed by IP "a.b.c.d", then it's safe to assume the 250 accounts used infected product X which contained malware. They would block foreign access to those accounts, but flag them for banning as they were all compromised.
I think this was the dead give away:Essentially, they are saying they will ban you for trying to cheat, and not just cheating. Minority Report, anyone? So it seems the underlying problem is the account compromise aspect, not the cheat itself. Of course, they don't want people cheating, but people cheating and getting away from it is not the current problem that is leading them to have a days worth of work handling support tickets. I think you have to interpret the entire post from the perspective of the current inconvenience compromised accounts are causing them rather than the inconvenience of people just "cheating" for the hell of it.Even if our security measures mean that this software doesn't result in your items being stolen, it will still result in your account being banned for trying to cheat.
There is always the case of leaked password lists, phishing e-mails, etc..., which they mentioned specifically, but it seems they hope to rule those out with the additional security measures. The proportion of people who get hacked due to weak passwords and the like is going to be much smaller than the proportion of people who get hacked due to using illegitimate 3rd party programs that contain malware.
I would still expect some client security, but only enough for them to justify banning for account compromise. Everything else, I'm sure they will deal with later on after they take care of the bigger issues at hand, which it seems they currently can't due to the influx of account compromises.
So there is a keylogger within the hack?
Not that I know of. Been using it for a while now, still haven't been hacked.
nice hacking tool
