And what I was trying to say is the GATEWAY, itself, is causing the problem. None of the other bots are timing out, at all. It just seems to be doing it with Mailsmithing and Platesmithing.It's something directly related to the GATEWAY, not the bot. Of course, you can't walk up to Cryptic and say "Hey, you need to check the Gateway again, 'cos it's screwing up my bot farming", especially when you can manually enter the jobs, VIA the Gateway and it works. TW's version, APB 1.4b5 and APB-Infinite all fail and hang on the loading screen when doing Mailsmithing or Platesmithing jobs.

As for "being jelly", I have 4 other instances running APB-I and haven't had any problems, when running solo instances, per toon. It will still intermittently crash, when using multiple toons, sometimes hang on the character selection screen and isn't using extra assets, but it's smooth and fast. So far, the only way it's completely stable is running single instances per toon and it will run for HOURS, without crashing or job fails. I've sent in a ton of bug reports, but it's not ready for prime time, just yet.

At first glance of your "outburst" it was easy regocnice frustration, but no blame for FreeBot. (heheh, U lucky U cant see how angry I was today...)

I got some weird problems with Higher Level Tailoring Shimmerwave Scraps Gathering, lower levels worked perfectly, but this higher level will not. It just do 30 - 50 runs and then skips to next task, so nothing is lost.

I think U say magic word GATEWAY so maybe we must demand better Bot support from PWE, .

ps. I too use normal Gateway with browser and today checked its code... DAMN, I respect that guy who write APB and get work as well it work now, huh.

Just a status update for APB Inf. I have a potential release client going out to testers tonight with all items functioning. There have been some delays due to personal issue's (aka life and work).

I'm also wanting to add a few more testers to find bugs quicker, if you want to apply for testing send me a PM including the following:

- Profession Levels (ie. Leadership 20, Leatherworking 15, Tailoring, 5, etc...)

Not sure where you are located, but there was a little maintenance after yesterday's patch. from 7am to 8:30 AM PARIS time. based on your timestamp, it could be the problem. you'd have to relaunch the APB to fix the problem, after any maintenance.

This is a common occurrence. The work around is to manually add your jobs, for one round and then the bot resets itself. Sometimes, you can just manually set the first job and it will reset, but I've found that it's best to just fill all your slots with your jobs then hit start. After that, it will start loading jobs. Also, keep in mind that it will also say it failed to start a job, but actually start one. This is something to do with the Gateway not responding quick enough.

i dont know, problem is the gate way keep loading the job site and stuck, after like 1 min, it said :"the gate way encounter some error, try load again, i reset it and still stuck at loading job site, then encounter error,Here is how i set up the bot:
I try to bot my alt TR lvl 35 with current lvl 2 leader ship:
first i log in the gate way manually by log in, go to my TR char -> click proffesion tab

Then i set up slot 1 : 1 mercenary do the lvl 2 leadership task : guard duty (2hours), i do the same with slot 2 coz i got 2 mercenary assets

Then i hit Start , it keep loading like that for 4 mins

King, your images aren't showing up. Make sure you set your account "@username" info correctly. that might be the issue. Also, don't leave the gateway open in a web browser, to the professions tab. Sometimes that causes a problem with the bot.

i had checked the @username and its correct, still not working, btw can i ask, at the Setting tab, character 1 ,character 2 , character 3 must be same order like in game account??

example: in game i got 3 chars
GWF lvl 60
TR lvl 35
GWF lvl 15

so in the bot setting, the character name must be type in same order like that? even i dont want bot my GWF lvl 60, do i have to type its name in the bot setting?

The order shouldn't matter. I've run it skipping a character and it worked. Try copying your folder and running a separate instance of the bot for each of the two you wish to use the bot on. See if that works. Post any errors you get here and I'll see what I can make of it.

Here are some reminders.
Never use more than 3 applications that runs a browser. Let me explain what i mean. APB, Browsers, Games, are the 3 applications i am referring too. You can run 2 of those at the same time, never 3. Since APB is what we need to run, than of course it has to be there. A brower is Chrome, Firefox. (I never tried with IE or Safari). A game is any game that have news in their launcher.

- Also, always make sure your inventory has some space. the APB will stuck on that one that can't be harvest.
- on the APB v1.5.0, forcing the crafters are not always working. Think the order of your craft, start with the higher level crafting, so it takes the higher crafter first, than move down in levels. Remember, if you don't have a level 3 crafter for a level 3 craft, you'll get stuck as well. Create yourself notes, on what crafter levels you have in hand on each character, then launch your crafting based on that.
- You can only run 2 characters slots per APB on v1.5.0. (this should be fix on Infinite). Run 2 APBs per 2 Characters.
- Depending of your internet connection, the APB's timeout can get stuck if you lose connection for too long. If you know that you have problems with the net, add a higher Failure attempts (500 for instance), and put 20sec pause between checking.
- APB won't work while the game / gateway is in maintenance. Make sure you set your craft before, for at least 2 hours, so you don't waste time.
- Remember to refine your Diamonds before the reset
