I think that's a bit of an overstep. The game is pretty polished, a few bugs here and there is exactly what they needed a large audience to find so they could fix.
It's not nearly as bad as SWTOR was, even after being fully launched =P

All they really need to do is put a limit on how often a quest can be shared, that would kill off and prevent these types of exploits in the future without having to go through and modify every single quest to be single completion only.

There are limits placed on exp gain while in Foundry quests now. It has to do with time spent in the quest, timing of kills, etc. When you stop getting exp you also stop getting loot.

If you get 2 bubbles of xp in 2 minutes they cut your xp and loot off for 4 minutes roughly. I have even tried running regular foundrys and its the same stuff. Pretty much makes the foundry useless to me.
