I don't understand, how can the detect this is it's client sided and not server sided. I to had no sound at a point for about 30 seconds but still played for about 3 more hours. i dont think they can ban you while your playing. Only after you log out. My email said I am banned for 7 days for the following reason, Cheating! LOL

its our fault guys I saw I guy selling ´´fast exo farming´´ on the trade channel or ´´stacks of exos 25k each´´ it was a matter of time for this to get detected I also saw many complains about this hack on the dcuo forums I got this hack two days after it was release and use it for a long time without sharing anyone however slowly the amount of people using the hack increased meaning someone talking shit around I hope that anyone take it against VII cause it was our fault to make this too much public.....like someone said before it was good while it lasted

Actually, you only agree to allowing them to monitor communications between the client and the server. Third party software like this doesn't communicate or effect communications with the server. They should also be required to tell you exactly WHY you've been accused of cheating. Otherwise, they can claim cheating at any time for any reason whether you did or not. If they don't give you specifics then you'd have grounds for civil or theft, at the very least, and possibly fraud.

However, the ToS does say you cannot use third party software for any purpose not intended by the developers so if they do specify it's because you were using this software then they've got you on lock.

no sound huh? I think they kill sound and see how we react. Obviously, we cant search for exos "honestly" if there is not sound. MAYBE, just maybe, the program might now be detectable with auto bann. Is anyone willing to go outside their ip (lap top at the library) and make a new account and toon (dont want anyone getting IP banned) and do some briefing grinding. Something we can do with out sound (walkthroughs and such) as this would still be VERY useful.
