After a bit of research... They dont have any sort of auto ban up for running exohack. something else is going on to determine who's allegedly using it.VII please keep updating if you would. if everyone else doesnt want to, i'll continue using it.

and to speculate, pretty sure they can tell whether you have purchased a scanner and can tell that the scanner offset is active. but to be safe, they follow you for a bit and even turn off the sound to test you.

Well...as I said before my sound cut out but not just the sound for exos, all of it and I forgot to say that most ,if not all the time, when i went into raids or alerts the hack would still be on and I would NOT have to check the box's to "restart" the hack...... this to me means that they found a way to let this hacks state pass trough the loading screens so that it would stay on. I think SOE did this so that they could do some kind of "time monitoring" for the offset of the hack which means you need a timer on the hack LOL!!!!!!!

Someone should make a macro that turns this hack off every 15 minutes to see........

But there is no way they are just guessing who is using the hack LOL. There would be alot of banned people that dont even know about this hack and there are a lot of web sites that show locations of EVERYTHING! So they have to be monitoring something.........

Guys the sound cutting out is a common issue with DCUO and is unrelated to the exorad hack. It is very simple for 1 program running on your computer to see the names of other programs running on your computer. My bet is that the DCUO client simply looks for a process named Exorad.exe to be running. Changing the name the of this hack would probably make it semi-safe again but I am sure by now Sony knows about this page so they can easily find out the new name.

Rename the ExoRad.exe to something obscure and test on a new free account for a couple weeks. For example, you could rename the exe to Calculator.exe and then if the DCUO client is looking for ExoRad.exe in the process list, it wont see it.

Keep in mind though, Sony probably monitors this board and if they see this method of detection is being circumvented, they will just implement proper detection. With this in mind, I would not risk ever using this tool on your main accounts again. The next ban might be permanent.

itd be better to name it after a process that is always running anyways. most people dont just have their calculator open all the time. i doubt changing the name will make a difference though. i think they can detect it on their end. they just weren't aware to look for it until it became popular.

I believe they check logs for amount of exos farmed and just go from top to bottom. I believe screen recording might be involved too since I noticed black fadeout similar to screenlock effect. Last week couple times I left the group while I was playing solo. Message group dissbaned poped up and I was never in a group to beggin with. Talk about stazi stalking 6 days and counting...

I renamed mine on very first use. that didnt help as I still got banned. I dont think they are aloud to scan your computer for processes. I did that just in case. I even thought about adding a few null characters to make the hack unique as far as md5 goes just in case, but I didnt know how exactly to do that so I didnt.
