I am still banned to on my main account. I did NOT get banned on a f2p acount after that!!!!!! I put in a suport ticket to see what the deal is. Also, anyone know how to cancle an acount when you are banned i cant find it anywhere..........

I put in a ticket last Friday, the day of the ban, and it took them 6 days to respond. The response was just a link to their TOS. This game has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not count on receiving a ticket reply while you still care to get one. You are better off doing chat support or just calling them. Even then, dont expect any answers because their support doesnt have any. I just hope the reactivation is automated because if not, we wont be back online until at least Monday because SOE doesnt work outside of bank hours.

hello guys,

I got banned too since last wednesday. I got a message that told me they had proof of my cheating. I asked and they answered, they said I was using a map exploit. So, it cost me 7 days of ban.
That's the game, I accept the consequence, But as I saw, there's some jerk who posted it on youtube, so it's because of him.

I have spent like sometimes 2 full hours of farming and never got caught, and i wasnt even playing that much these past days, and I got caught, so I guess they might have added this exo rad hack at their database.

Now we know we can't use it any more! too bad.
