If this is the case then Sony is searching our hard drives which I dont believe is legal and I doubt they are detecting it that way. templarhunter was probably banned for a different reason or he had the program running but didn't check the boxes. Either way, if you want to not risk losing your account just delete exorad from your computer and never use it again. Easy farming is not worth risking a permanent ban.

SOE excuses itself from providing proof of cheating, likely so they can hide that they are searching hard drives. there was no other reason given except 'cheating' when i was informed of the ban. i didnt have the program running, period. I didnt open it and leave it unchecked. I downloaded the program specifically to HAVE and NOT USE. The first post in this thread i quote was also my inspiration, saw it two or three days before i downloaded the program. I never used exorad and never intended to when i downloaded it. My only reply to their suspension notification was pressing them for proof of cheating which they did not produce. This is like a game of Chicken between 'us' and 'them'. We cant say "we know youre scanning our hard drives because we have a cheat program we arent using there and we are getting banned without using it which means you must be scanning our hard drives to identify those of us who simply HAVE it." because by so doing we are admitting to breaking the Terms of Service or whatever. Likewise SOE cant say "our systems have detected a third party program on your hard drive and is issuing you an automatic ban regardless of whether or not the program is in use" because chances are they are illegally scanning hard drives.

second: they will banned you account for 7-8 days > if you use this program again they gonna delete your account like what they did to my friend

im now in the 9 days they didnt remove the banned yet

so as advice: dont use this hack!

Does it say in your email that you're account is suspended or banned? If it's just a suspension it should be around 7 to 8 days. If it's banned, then it's permanent. Ask them to clarify if your account is suspended or banned. Hope this helps.

he software as helped me just fine - while some have properly been banned i'm guessing others have not. So, its still viable for some of us...any idea when an update is coming?

We cannot answer whether you will get banned or not - this is at your own risk BUT on my premium account i have not been banned and i'm doing nothing special. This needs to be updated again people will use it..

where do you live maybe the laws in your country stop soe from snooping on your hard drive?

or maybe vii can tell me how to make this program so we wont have to use this program.. cause it is a address hack to turn on the map exobits on or off... each type of radar choice has a diffrent address to it which can be scanned via cheat engine to get the correct values 0 ( been off) 1 been on...
so maybe vii can tell us how it is done so we can it our selves at ease.

I've been banned for 7 days too. I haven't used exorad in more than a month. I stopped playing dcuo for 2 weeks and then right when I get back on - same day I get the suspension. The reason was cheating. That's all they said - no mention of any "proof" or anything. The possibility of SOE scanning our HDD seems solid but I think there are more forces in play here. VII not saying a word about this... I think OwnedCore sold our IP's out to SOE. Striking a deal with the devil, perhaps? I don't think SOE will risk going through lawsuits for scanning our HDD's when they can just contact ownedcore and just purchase the ip list of the members. No law against that... Even if it's not mentioned in the Privacy Policy on this forum. What can you really do to a gaming forum? Rage and quit. Now watch me get banned on this forum too, lol. Later guys.
