i hit reply to the response they sent me, was that what was needed to be done or was i supposed to log into the account and do it threw the ticket support there for the unban? i hit reply and said yes i agree to deleting them and now waiting for another email response or something?

I'm so confused by ArenaNets stance on this. I received a 72 hour ban because I didn't use the exploit in a ridiculous manner. Now I wrote to them and appealed the ban from 72 hours and they've sent me a reply that seems to be aimed at a perma ban. So do I still delete my items? I've only got a 72 hour ban in the first place.

I asked them on Reddit. They said DELETE EVERY single one of them even if you were 72 hour banned, perma banned or not banned. Even the MF items. Delete the gold you earned (Buy things with it, delete the item). Delete everything you gained from salvaging. Everything.

Is anyone else still waiting for a ticket response? I'm still perma banned and the ticket status says "waiting" I feel like I'm the only one who is still perma banned.

Thought as much. I wonder if I hadn't appealed it I would be able to keep the items. Only reason being I can claim ignorance. 72 hour ban, fair enough. Don't contact get back on and play like nothing happened. Then because they only post to reddit I could perhaps just claim ignorance. Oh well, they've messed up with their policy here.
