I'm thinking they disabled mailing to make people unable to transfer their laundred items they got from this exploit, luckily I got mine mailed before they disabled it, but like few seconds after it was disabled.

Now they can go through everyone who has excessively used that 21karma npc and remove the items properly if they really were to spend their time "fixing" this.

Mail was have problems since release, then was taken down to be changed along with the Trading Outpost. The ingame mail will still be down until it's gets sorted, but the benefit of it still being down is those who have had their account hacked/loss access to - they cannot mail the items around.

Mail was working 100% for me 24/7 since release until a couple of minutes after the 21karma exploit got known, that's all i know and that's all i based my thought on.

same, wonder why perm ban instead of 72 hour ban. It's not really an exploit, it's more of them being stupid. The problem was theirs, we used it to our advantage, it's a game people find advantageous ways to play.
