High ilvl (415+) account - wishlist: pref a melee, good IO, CE Jaina

I'm looking to start playing a second character, and I want to pick up a second account so I don't need to be bothered with switching offline for some of my craycray stalkers.

I've played melee exclusively since vanilla, with a bit of tanking on occasion, so I'd prefer to stick with what I know - thus, I'm most likely to be sold on a Rogue or Demon Hunter. Above all else, ilvl matters. I want to inject right into top content, which is doable with something 405-415, but some extra forges to pad is something I will pay for. I won't consider anything less than 415.

My main is currently 9/9 M and nearly 3K io, so if at all possible I'd like to keep those reflected on this new alt. If it's close to those, I'm happy. CE M matters to me a bit more, since I can regain IO far more easily.
