I read on your forum that you where going to reduce the price of premium to 19.99.
But when i went for a checkout it said 29.99 for the premium one.
An error or something? though it first just was display error, but in the check out it still shows the old price for the premium.

Was thinking of this part you said in a thread i cant replay since it locked: Since rotation prices seem to be an issue, I will just reduce the price of the premium membership to $19.99. Rotation prices will remain the same.
Or was you talking about your new site? then your price will probaly be down then Bossland and the buddy team release there passive rotation bot and there bot will be cheaper that yours 29.99.
Was going to order yours, but since it a digital product you dont have any refund if it dosent work like it said it should or if its not what you expected it to be.
I dont wanna spend 40Euro on something that "might" work or be what i expect.

You can try it for $5 for 3 days(gives you premium access). But I am currently finishing up some website upgrades, once that is done ill be looking at adjusting premium prices.

Was reading around alos and notice you can buy the "standard 4,99 and the roation" and still use it for mythics and raid, right?
Or do you need premium + rotation?

You only need standard + the rotation

premium gives access to everything, if you're only using it for a few toons, standard should do well

Tryed it out, working better then i though, still some issues with the rotation class i have, but might be that legion just got out and they havent updated everthing yet.
Overall doing almost the same DPS as i do by hand, but now i dont have to click.
The rotation class i use is haveing problems with AoE so will have to manual do it, seems like others have reported same problem last week, so hopefully a new update will come, will then add what i think.
But right now i give it 7/10

+Fast support and help
+Easy and good UI
+Trinket,CD and boss fight options
+Cheap if you only want 1 rotation class


-Rotation class seems to have so problem
-Not so much stuff you can change yourself, most stuff are hard coded and you have to pick from the options they give you
-Abit slower on DPS then what i do by hand

My review of this product after a couple months:

According to the soapbox rotation forums in order to get the most out of this program it is recommended that you do not use the default settings, you can of course just run it on default. This is a problem for someone like me, I am not very tech savvy and not really comfortable making adjustments that if adjusted wrong can hurt your stats. Soapbox has good optimization and what is not optimized will be given time. Tickets get responded to fast and updates are always great.

Unfortunately it feels like the forums are full of people like myself who want to make the most out of the program but cannot find the "ideal" configurations (this could be because it changes depending on the boss? honestly I am not sure). The idea that the program could be doing more for me but I have no idea how to do is somewhat off putting I am an unholy DK and the forums have multiple posts asking for help with settings and specs and they go unanswered.

Something to note though is that the default settings work, you launch it, log in and it just works.. This is ultimately the core of what I love about soapbox I started a Vengeance DH (due to short queues) and have been able to tank normal dungeons without any difficulty or having to even look at settings. For the hardcore raider I am not entirely certain it is better than playing by hand due to knowing the right rotation for the right fight but I could be wrong. I am going to try tanking HC Dungeons tonight and see how it goes, if your interested I 100% recommend trying out his trial and seeing for yourself.

Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you mentioned your interest in settings. I am finishing up some changes on the website that will allow users (just like yourself) to visit to share settings among other users. There will be users on the forum (that have already been here a while) that are very helpful in this regard and will provided a better platform to share their stuff with others.
