@Roflmaoirl Currently waiting for HB to come up, will look to hotfix any issues and then I need to level my new account! Rebot experiment is on hold for what should be obvious reasons. So the routine is not likely to be usable in arena any time soon in 6.2, this is the reality of a rather grim situation.

Hey lots of rebot folks were not banned who are using CRs only. I've messed with it a bunch (but not for leveling or afk BG) and have no issues on either account, and Toizi reported non of his testers were banned. I think its just ppl being stupid and afking and farm botting. Please keep going with the CR.

I would love to help beta test. I've played rogue at 2100+ on honorbuddy and just had him geared when the ban hit. I've got my new rogue 100 and ready to go. I'm more than willing to donate to get into the beta and help you with the coding effort. Please let me know.

@dowerz Thanks for your input, but I would not release something to everyone if I did not feel confident about using it myself. The fact some people did not get banned is a pretty unconvincing line of argument, and after speaking to l0l1dk it does sound like Blizzard have implemented new detection attempts in recent times (possibly both 32-bit and 64-bit), and this is presumably how some FH users got hit. These detections are not active all the time which can explain why only a subset of users were banned. Personally I want to see how things pan out over the next few weeks.

So, there wont be 6.2 update for HB to use it in bgs or rated bgs?

@mihaimyh Have already said it will continue on HB. It only needs a minor offset update plus fixing any unforeseen issues, other than that it is already good to go for 6.2.

So it looks like Blizzard have stepped up their detection. Perhaps its wise, as you say, taking a step back in order to move forward. But then again it all boils down to the harsh reality that Blizzard has taken a difference stance versus botters and will do everything in their power to bring down botting to minimum. My guess that losing the court case against HB but most importantly the large dwindle in subscribers have woken up the sleeping bear. I think we all can agree on that botting is and always have been risky as it has been shady, it is true the ban frequency has increased, but we all knew we play on borrowed time. What i am trying to say is that, what we have here is nothing new. I hope you will not cancel your project due to increased heat, we as community should find a way about it.

This is the best approach, and I agree with you 100%. I wasn't convinced by Toizi's optimism either and I'm still anxious to see how they handle the dual HB and ReBot release, but for the most part, HB still seems to be the safest CR (note ONLY CR, no AFK or Click to Move botting whatsoever) option, and that's including its additional tripwire. I think that even with Blizzard's up-step in their detection methods, the same can be said for the HB staff and their anti-detection work. I plan to use HB for your routine and GS's routines solely in BGs and RBGs on HB until it's proven completely unsafe to do so. For my money, their experience seems to be the best bet.

You guys need to calm down. vitalic will not release some half assed, jagged at risk software because you dont care about your account or others. Its the reason we love his work in the first place. If you need a fix in the meantime find something else.

Lets not talk falsely now. We all bot here. That claim that you care about your account and people in this game is void the same second you start the executable. I am all for quality before quantity/rushed products and I have praised VIt a lot for this, but if it stands between letting go of this unique project versus eating a ban every 6 months - i'll take the latter. For many of us here, WoW starts and ends with Vitalic.

anyone having problem with routine randomly stops working and doing NOTHING inside bgs ??? outside of bg routine works great for me, had exactly the same problem even in 6.1

Just updated offsets for patch 6.2, so ESP should be working again.
