Been waiting a bit more than the promised time period and still waiting. Hopefully it's gonna be done today. I'll edit this later if anything happens.

update: They are doing the boost currently 2/9 they had some hiccups with the internet connection but it is solved now.
update 2: all done, went smooth and fast once they got the internet fixed! Really good Skype support!

These guys are great! I was searching for a cheap US 9/9 CM service and got a hold of their website.

At first, I couldn't add the skype id specified on their website. I tried live chat, but I wasn't really expecting for someone to be monitoring it at the time -- I'm from Asia. To my surprise, I got a representative instantly! I told her that I couldn't add their Skype, and she went ahead to add me instead.

I then started asking all the questions I could think of like if they accepted PvP gear and a couple different things. I didn't even get a single "no". So yeah, they asked me a few basic questions (realm/faction/class) and checked if there's a spot available. I went on their website and paid via paypal and a few hours later, I have CM Gold! Another thing to note is that I also had them do heroics, so if you're feeling kinda lazy, you can add in a few bucks to get them all done.

I'm not really sure if my feedback means anything since I just made this account (they were just recommended to me by a friend), but, for what it's worth, I definitely recommend them!
