This isn't stated on the site (as far as I can see): are the HC loot runs self play or piloted?
Also, do you guys also offer HC garrosh (with loot, no mount) only?

hi,

the loot runs are self play and shared account, depands on how many customers already run with us in the self play option.
usually we got spots for self play too.
you can also only order normal or heroic garrosh kill.

Just ordered and paid for 13/14 hc on my hunter, will report back.

It started around 17:30 CET and was done 21:00 and I went from 505 ilvl to 557 very pleased with the results!

Spoke to Zoey over Live Chat. They made me feel comfortable with what is going on so far, and alerted me when they were able to access my hunter.

Update: Due to a hiccup on my end (my fault, not them) they were not able to do the run during the night. However, they got to it first thing in the morning and completed 4/9 so far. Internet problems on their end, but that can't be helped. The rest will be done tonight. Checked my status and can see all looks well

If you're looking for a fast and easy way to get your transmog, these are your guys. Glad I found them and picked them. 10/10 will use again.
