Update: after 1 hour's waiting I was added in, and everything went very smooth. To be honest I was a bit unsure about the whole thing because this is my first time doing this and I found some people in this thread had issues with their orders. But it worked out really well! And the service is very cheap. I turned out to have almost 100 points above my intended cr.

Can confirm i have the same experience as above people, Ordered a RBG carry for 4 days in a row they said 100% they will do it, different excuse each day. Next 2 days (48hours) No reply on skype or there '24/7 website'.
4th day since i place an order, still no boost, they answer somethings then just stop replying(both skype and site)
I'm getting that the good service they used to offer is not what it is right now,
