My biggest complaint is that I was led on is all. Was told by "mason" I was next in line and that i was left and they had a whole other day so they would get to me. Then next day I guess I had everyone else ahead of me? Was a lot of misleading to get me not to issue refund till last min. Nex time by honest because people appreciate it more.
Update: Was ignored or "away" on their end too much a long with too much "technical problems". Buy it if you want but I decided to spend 200 usd on a 1500-2.2k in 3's and was always led on no matter how politely I asked if they were sure they could do it before season ended. Then I was ignored for the rest of the day. After being told "You are next in line" couple days ago :/
Think what you want of it. Hopefully full refund issues this weekend.

Hey! As we have written a few number of our costumers then there's a few boosts we've been unable to do! Yet we have a no-refund politic we've also told you that if we couldn't make the boost in time of the season we would do a refund. All refunds are issued during the weekend.

Is it possible to buy specific RBG rating carries, like from 1850 to 2000? I'm at this point and I'm getting scared by all the DDOS talk in RBG groups. Figured I'd just buy the rating instead of what I'd spend on protection.
Added on Skype to ask a question about a service before I buy, still no response from them. Waiting to buy the service until after my question is answered.
Update: Questions have been answered and service has been ordered. Will update with results.
Update: Order has been placed for over a week now, was informed it would be carried out either today or next Wednesday, upon trying to verify that, I was simply told they didn't have a date but they would have one soon. I'm now being ignored completely when I try to ask questions about it, it seems to be very fishy at this point.
Update: Just received word after trying to get hold of them for several days that my order is being pushed back another week. Starting to get on my nerves.

Ordered a run for SoO 25 Hc Garrosh + Mount, got in contact with a friendly and helpful person from a professional guild.
The run went smooth and aside from what I ordered I even got to keep most of the loot that dropped for my class.

It's been almost a week since I place my order, I spoke with them today they said they're apparently waiting on one of their boosters to sign an NDA, I wasn't given an ETA. Will continue to update.

Bought a 40 win package and so far I've only been boosted 5 times. I wish there was more communication between the service provider and the client! It's just rude to stop boosting without telling the payer you are taking a break, so I've been waiting around without an answer to at least let me know when we will be resuming!

UPDATE: We seem to have resumed service! 12/40 now and all good.
UPDATE 2: Finished my boosting session early due to server reset. I'm now at 36/40. Zoomed through them during the night!
UPDATE 3: Server messups in the EU have meant we still only managed to get 2 wins today. Communication via Skype is truly awful, and I'm not feeling very valued as a paying costumer at all. I get that they might not be able to boost if there's server trouble, but what gets me is the silence on their part. There is no updates or explanations or info on what they are doing, and I'm having to ask them about the status of the order all the time. Still waiting on the last two wins of my order. Not very impressed.
UPDATE 4: Order finally finished. Service was slow and slightly frustrating at times, but they delivered. 6/10 rating from me!
