Got two basic mails from Smoogels that were denied both.. Smoogels said himself that they most likely wont work, but he just wanted to see how they replied.

Recently many US users got banned for "Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")" Sadly, this ban has been proving to be difficult to remove. It's not impossible, but it's not easy either. Unlike other bans, it's very likely that they have solid proof of whatever you have been doing which makes it difficult to overturn. In most cases it can be removed after several attempts however, there is also a high chance that your account will not be unbanned with my service. I am more than happy to attempt to unban any account banned with this reason but I feel that it's fair to alert you that this ban is not easy.
