It's a scam! I purchase 3 accounts that were meant to be 2004-2009 accounts. I created a BRAND new account that have nothing but a level 2 toon on it. after merging the accounts, there were level 90 achievements (no level 90 toons on the account though) as well as achievements dating back May 2014 on it. STAY CLEAR from this seller. She is a scammer and it served me right for buying stolen accounts.

you think someone merged the account to a battle.net few months ago and played it and lvled it to lvl 90 , then transfed the char away ,then he unmerged the account again, and then i sold those accounts to you ? In that case , you can check the char transfer page history if there is any transfer history .
And all of us know unmerged accounts cant log in without a battle.net email ,and after those account merge , you cant unmerge it from one battle,net email then merge to another battle.net email. But seems you did it , and not only one but 3 of them .
I have also asked other sellers in the world plus i have sold those accounts over 2 years , never heard this happen , Maybe you got something wrong .

Edit: he was on a lunch break, received 1 WTLK acc with a few old pvp FoS titles, competitors tabard, and about 50k HK's... Not much else.

So what kinda level 90 achievements were on the account? Just to verify that you're not a noob or a scrub.

I purchased 2 US Premium this week. The service was smooth, fast and friendly.

One was a casual from WOTLK with 2 level 80 toons, several level 70s, 30k HK's combined, 2k gold and several items no longer available in the game, faded photograph and recipe: Gift of Arthas.

The other had a level 70 warrior with the Vanilla PVP Title Warlord and nearly 100k HKs. Win.

This was a really fun service and I will definitely be looking forward to additional purchases in the future.

Bough a premium account. Got a couple 20s - 30s. Not much on it.

Transaction went really smooth and was helpful along the way. Was dealt a not so lucky hand by a nice person though.

Going to buy again eventually. When I muster up the courage to do it again.
