You can get the MoP beta access by signing up the one year contract with Blizzard, and then add game time to that account.

Making a ticket and telling blizz that u bought gametime via raf isnt smartest way. They accept only rafs from REAL friends, so contacting blizz support is most stupid way to get gametime + annual pass removed. I am raf seller since about half year and got few customers with such issue - all of them made a ticket to blizz about some stupid thing and after account check they got rafs removed. Just dont contact blizz support and your account is always 100% safe.

I had to make a ticket, I did the annual pass on my main account (the one I got 12x raf for) and it worked. then the next day I went to account management and the annual pass had been transferred to my other wow account (which has been inactive for years) so if I didn't make a ticket I would have actually had to pay for a year subscription. I did nothing wrong. Blizz changed my annual pass to another wow account because they saw it was exploited, before I even contacted them.

Then I made a ticket, and asked them why they transferred the annual pass to the other account, and they just removed everything.

The annual pass doenst magically transfer to another wow account. You made a mistake and made annual on the wrong account. Ontop that I have a disclaimer on my first post that says if you make ticket about gametime they can get removed.

Maybe you should be more careful instead of blaming on the sellers. I have sold over ca 2000 annual ever since it came out and 99% of them are safe becasue they made no mistake and did not make ticket regarding gametime.

Additionally it is 27,5€ for 12 months and all that free promotion for Diablo3 which is orgininally over 150€ itself. Risk are there and people are aware of it.

If you want I can give you 3 free months gametime which is normally 36€, I'm not greedy too, I always pay for others mistake the entire year I've been selling gametime.
