Buying Programming Services for Quick Job

Currently I am working on a phisher for a different game, and all I've got is the way of Phishing via taking the code of the log-in page and changing some things around. However, what I am looking for is a custom made, page after they enter their acc/pw.

I'm asking for something like the WoW Phishers out there - saying like, thanks for sending your information to our account administration, they will now look over the information and reply as soon as possible.

Of course, this can be changed around - it's just got to be legit looking.
