[VB08] Problem Compiling App

Oki so basically i made my app and wanted to send to my friend to try it out, So i compiled and sent him the .exe he told me it wasnt working he kept getting "WindowsApplication1 not working properly" i asked what framewrok he had and he got 3.5 Same as me.

So today i tried it on my sisters laptop also running 3.5 and still no go yet it runs on mine fine when debugging, am i compiling it wrong or is my app just toooo IMBA for them??

I just switched to my desktop and still getting error, Maclone im uploading the exe now, i never ignore anyone who is willing to help.
