Finding Text

I have searched everywhere for an example of this and have been unable to find anything that works for me. Can someone please tell me how i might go about getting the text in between two specified pieces of text. If you are unable to solve this, do you have any ideas how i might be able to simply take a link out of a piece of text in visual basic? Any help appreciated.

Examples of what i mean:

Finding the text in between the letters a and b here

A "Text Here" B

Finding the link:

Load of text............................................................................ ....................... and then link <here>

[Weekday]

I think this is what you are looking for:

If RichTextBox1.Text.Contains("Text") = True Then MessageBox.Show("YES")

Note that it is case sensitive.
